  • APEDA application form duly signed
  • One copy of the Import-Export Code issued by D.G.F.T.
  • Latest bank A/c. statement of account of the firm
  • Bank account details and certification signed by relevant authorities
  • One copy of Canceled cheque
  • In the case of a company, a certified copy of MOA; in the case of a partnership firm, a partnership deed is required.

 

What is APEDA Registration Procedure?

  • Login on the APEDA website and click on "Register as Member."
  • Provide necessary details like IE Code, Email ID, and Mobile number, and then submit.
  • Confirm all the details using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email id and mobile number.
  • After verification, fill in the online application along with the required documents.
  • Complete the online application.
  • Pay the required fees online.
  • Upon payment, the application number will be generated for future reference.
  • After issuance of Registration Cum Membership Certificate, login details will be sent to the registered email ID.
  • You can check the status of the RCMC application online by Track Application link. 
  • If there is any discrepancy in the application form, one can resubmit documents online.
  • Approval Await approval of the Registration Cum Membership Certificate or RCMC and download the certificate after approval.
